The location is a real plus, and joining the club got me a great price. Still, this felt like a tired hotel, and three incidents left us wondering if we’d come back. Our room was at the far end, a block from the railroad tracks. The train’s whistle woke us at 4:30 AM, and the windows meant to keep out noise need an upgrade. We’d driven for hours and were trying to nap when someone opened our door. I always keep the latch on, so they couldn’t get in. When I asked why they were entering without knocking, the person apologized and said the room had been assigned to them. I called the front desk, and they apologized too. About 30 minutes after we went back to sleep, a maid knocked repeatedly. I called the desk again and got another apology. Apparently, she was checking “if the room was indeed occupied 🙄”. The coffee machine was also mixing the coffee poorly that morning, and more than two other guests made the same complaint. The kids in charge tried their best, but this building needs strong management.

The staff are pleasant, but the hotel didn’t meet the standard I expected. The beds feel like concrete slabs, hardly useful for sleeping, and I don’t get why this place is always full when I try to book. In most rooms the AC blows right at you, which is uncomfortable too.

My belongings were stolen when someone broke into my truck, and I had a horrible stay. My clothes, speaker, and phone were gone. The guards didn’t see anything. This happened on 5th of August 2025. I can’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is fine, but the service was a mess. There wasn’t toilet paper in the room, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, with dust and little bits of something all over it. Nobody at reception speaks English, which seems odd for an airport hotel. My reservation included free airport transfers, but they didn’t provide them.
