Fiesta Inn Silao Puerto Interior

After a long trip I was too exhausted to complain, even though the first room had a broken shower and air conditioner. They moved me, but the next room smelled so bad I almost threw up. I’ll never stay here again.

The room was comfortable, nice, and very clean. It was my first time in a hotel room without a fridge or hairdryer. The hairdryer was free, but using the fridge costs extra each day. The lobby is modern and nice, but there are infusers everywhere, and the scent makes it hard to breathe when I come back in. The internet was useless for the first 3 days. Reception kept blaming policies on our phones, assuming all our devices were corporate, but as the IT director I knew that wasn’t right. I had to bring my tablet to the desk and ask them to show me it worked. The portal was fixed that evening, but everything was still too slow to use. Dinner wasn’t good either. The burgers were only warm and the cheese hadn’t melted, and my colleagues said their food was lukewarm too. There’s no free shuttle service. They charge $25CAD for the 5 min ride to the airport. Not impressed.

I fly for an Airline, and we stay here often. The rooms, food, prices, location, breakfast, shuttle, room service, friendly front desk folks, shopping, quietness, and cleanliness are all awesome. 👍👍👍 You'll love this place. 👍

Beautiful, very clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff are friendly, and the location is great.
