The facilities are good, but I only found out when I arrived that I couldn't use the stove. The owner has severe OCD. She comes into rooms without permission or warning and doesn't respect privacy. After cleaning, she moves your belongings and doesn't return them to where they were. I've never felt this uncomfortable anywhere else.

Everything at the property was fine, but they kept my official ID and forgot to give it back. The woman said she'd mail it to my home address. Three months have passed and she still hasn't contacted me.

The breakfast area is in the garden, and the service there is excellent. The place feels welcoming and lovely, close to the city center and Guadiana Park, right at the foot of Los Remedios hill.
