I paid for two rooms, but when my mother couldn't come, they gave us only one. The reception staff weren't kind or welcoming, which made the stay unpleasant from the start. There was no hot water or shampoo, and the TV remote didn't work. It was a bad experience, especially for the price. I'd recommend choosing another hotel to avoid the disappointment.

The room problems piled up: no hot water, no shampoo, and a TV remote that didn't work. I had paid for two rooms, but when my mother couldn't come, we were given only one. The front desk staff were discourteous and unwelcoming from the start. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. For the price, there are much better options, and I'd strongly advise staying elsewhere.

The bed and pillows are the only things worth it. The hotel's structure is in bad shape, service is poor and disrupted, though the location is good. Definitely don't recommend it.

A few years ago I had an amazing time here. It was still a good hotel, though I didn't like the service.

I found bugs during my one-night stay and asked for a refund, but they denied it. There was mold, yellow pillows, and thin walls, and the check-in service was bad. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Avoid!!
