The WiFi was the main problem for me. It hardly worked at all. The place itself was clean, stylish, and felt safe, with a good location. Check-in was a little complicated because there’s no reception and you have to contact them, which was tricky with my limited Spanish.

You get keys to the main entrance and come and go almost like you're at home, so it doesn't feel like a traditional hotel. The rooms are roomy, very clean, and have what you need, and the manager looked after us really well. It's reasonably priced and only a short walk from the center. A very pleasant place to stay in Taxco.

The room was cozy and clean, and everything worked fine with the self-access setup, though there isn't really service staff on site. It's close to the center and relatively inexpensive. The location does bring some noise, but the rooms are comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, and a very nice place. A mini-fridge would be a welcome extra, but it's a small thing. I'd stay here again.

I booked five days ahead, when rooms still showed as available, and was charged. Then the day before my stay they told me those rooms had been booked through another channel and cancelled my reservation. I couldn't find another place within my budget.
