The hotel was okay, but there was loud music until 1 am, and I had no hot or even warm water. The coffee pot also wouldn’t heat the coffee. I asked for earplugs for four people, but they only had two. They said they’d bring the other two up, but never did. I’m not sure if it was just my room, #412.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the food was delicious. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the bathroom was fully stocked.

We stayed two nights for a wedding, and the staff were very friendly. The Kumai Inn restaurant had fantastic food, and the mixed drinks were very good. The room rate was good, too. Our room was nice overall, though it had a couple of stains on the toilet seat and a showerhead with a lot of buildup. There was no refrigerator or microwave, and the door only had a key card lock, with no extra lock. The king bed was pretty comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Overall, it was a nice stay and I’d recommend it.

We booked a night while in town for a family party, and everyone treated us so nicely. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds, but the restaurant was even better. Thanks for everything, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was a really bad experience. It seems to get worse every year. There was no internet in the room, and the pool was dirty. With a pool like that, I’d rather go to the Tecate river. Even my kids wanted to get out early, which is unusual for them.
