The place has a peaceful feel and thoughtful design, with wonderful views and a beautiful property. It has the elegance of a luxury escape without feeling cold or overdone. What made it memorable was the people and atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming, and you can sense the care in the details. Having coffee outside in the morning or taking in the valley at sunset both felt special. Palazzo Del Valle makes you slow down, breathe, and enjoy being there. One of the gems of Valle de Guadalupe.

George, the owner, and Paula, the manager, gave us a wonderful welcome at Palazzo del Valle. Their opening tour and wine tasting were entertaining and offered a lovely insight into the passion and vision behind this unique bed and breakfast. The hospitality, the whole setting, and the hosts' personal touch made for a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back. The grounds were carefully landscaped into a peaceful oasis beside the rustic Guadalupe Valley, with art throughout the property, inside and out. The Mediterranean-style architecture made us feel like we were in a private Italian villa. It really is a living gallery, with a remarkable collection that's thoughtfully placed. You get a luxurious, intimate escape in Baja California, but the place still felt special and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property's wines were delightful. I'm an average wine enthusiast who knows my way around a typical wine merchant's selection, and their nebbiolo was pretty darn good. I could drink the Chardonnay all day. If you appreciate art, architecture, and superb wine, this is a great retreat in the heart of Valle de Guadalupe.

George, the owner, and Paula, the manager, are top-notch hosts. The property is immaculate and filled with beautiful art, and the wines are superb and award-winning. You could come to the Valle and never need to leave. It would be perfect for a beautiful wedding, a small romantic couples getaway, or a fun girls weekend. Don't miss this magical experience.

I came to the Pallazo Del Valle winery with a very good friend who knows a lot about wine and grows grapes himself. I'm from the San Francisco Bay area, including the Napa and Sonoma valley wine region, and I'd visited plenty of winery tasting rooms. I didn't expect what we found here. A helpful young woman on staff greeted us, and a few minutes later we met the owner, George H. He gave us a grand tour and was amazing with his hospitality and local knowledge. In my opinion, PDV is a Piece De Resistance for its atmosphere, art, nature, architecture, and sustainibility. The fine award winning wines produced here and the food we sampled were absolutely part of what made it special. I've never experienced another winery like it. I'll be back again and again. If you visit just one winery in the Guadalupe valley, make it this one!

The peaceful Zen spa, intimate chapel, and serene Japanese tea house give Palazzo del Valle an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in Valle de Guadalupe. Its striking art collection, intentional details, and caring service all stood out to National Association of Hispanic Publications, a brand that leads with hospitality. We were truly impressed by the quality wines, thoughtful sustainability, and experience that felt both luxurious and grounding. If you value award winning wines, meaningful experiences, beautiful design, and world-class hospitality, we highly encourage a stay. A must-visit in Baja.
