Mary was very attentive, and the facilities are quite nice. The rooms could use some maintenance, though, and the water felt a little cold for this time of year. Thanks.

The garden and pool were the best part. The pool made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. Beyond that, the facilities badly need investment and maintenance. The rooms are below standard, and there’s no insect control. It’s also on the outskirts of Tecolutla, a long way from the center. The beach is four blocks away, along a dirt road.

The pool was clean, though sunscreen isn’t allowed there, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were kind and very friendly. The rooms are basic and need some upkeep, with noticeable dampness and a strong smell. The beds are old and generally uncomfortable. It’s okay, but there’s room to improve.

The cleaning was disgusting, and there were animals everywhere, especially spiders. The service was terrible too. The mattresses were awful, the sheets dirty, and there was no hot water in the shower. A curtain rod fell down, the internet was really bad, and the TVs looked ugly. The lighting was faulty and the outlets were ugly. There was unnecessary furniture in the room as well. Anyway, choose the one across from the pink one. Seriously, don’t go.
