We only ate at the restaurant, we didn’t stay overnight, but it was our favorite stop of the trip. The octopus and spicy shrimp were such a treat, and the fried plantains with butter were spectacular. Everything tasted homemade, portions were generous, and the service was great. There’s a lovely view too, and we really appreciated being allowed to bring our dog.
It’s right by the beach, and the area feels peaceful both day and night, with hardly anyone around and no vendors. The beach itself could be cleaner, but it’s still nice for a walk or a chance to relax. Our room was kept clean and they supplied soap and toilet paper, though our toilet was missing its seat. The food was delicious and plentiful, and every staff member was kind and took good care of us, especially the very attentive cleaning lady.
I ended up not staying because I needed four nights and they could only offer two before I had to check out, due to existing reservations. Still, it looks like a nice hotel, with a restaurant, a pool, and direct beach access. Seems like a great spot to relax.
The food was delicious and the service was really good. We had no internet or TV at night, though, so that’s why I’m giving it four stars.
We had a really pleasant stay. I brought my two dogs and baby, and we all had a great time. The place is well kept, clean, right on a lovely beach, and the staff are very friendly. The price seemed reasonable, and the restaurant was amazing with warm, friendly service. The beds felt a little hard, but the rooms had both air conditioning and fans. The beach was a bit dirty, which I blame on the people renting the palapas. I hope that improves, and I think the government should look into it.
