Posada Casa Bugambilias

Everything is close to the center, so you can leave the car parked and walk wherever you like, even to the beach. The owner and staff are really friendly. A great place to relax.

The location is good, but the rooms I stayed in had plenty of problems: just one lightbulb and one outlet worked, the shower curtain kept dropping, and the hot water was hit or miss. Service and cleanliness were awful. In the middle of the night, a cockroach crawled across my bed. I doubt they fumigate.

The pool water is cold, and although we were a small family and needed five towels, they only gave me three and refused to bring more. The room was comfortable, if small, but the shower drain was clogged and flooded everything.

The staff at reception were always attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent and very honest. We had a fantastic stay in 2024 and would definitely come back. The location is central and easy to get around on foot. The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and so did the ceiling fans. They cleaned daily and kept supplies like soap and toilet paper available, even when we already had some. We could also use the refrigerator for a small item. The pool is small but comfortable. We had no issues with animals or pests, and could leave our belongings without worry.
