We left two days early because we were so uncomfortable, and the two days credited to us aren’t something we plan to use. This has turned into a huge headache and financial burden, so I think a refund would be fair. After the first night I got intensely itchy, especially in the room, and we’re sure there were bed bugs. We think some may have gone home in our luggage. I’d also seen other reviews mentioning bed bugs. The place looked a little run down at first, though mostly clean. The pillows were hard and lumpy, and the beds felt almost like jail beds. I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt so uncomfortable and dirty. My boyfriend tipped the cleaning ladies well for the short time we were there because they worked very hard. The cat was probably the best part of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. They need to make serious changes and replace some mattresses, since this clearly isn’t a new problem.

The WiFi didn’t reach every room, and when I raised the issue, the staff member wouldn’t move us because we had already lain on the bed, even though we’d only been there five minutes. She then blamed my phone, despite it being a flagship 5G compatible device. The staff were rude and the amenities were below standard. You can find better service and amenities for the same price elsewhere. Don’t stay here.

After housekeeping serviced our room, I realized my ring was missing from room 17 during my November 17 stay. I’ve searched thoroughly and feel confident it was taken. If your staff hasn’t checked yet, perhaps look between the bed and wall, where it could have rolled. This is very troubling, and I’m asking for a full investigation and appropriate action. Please confirm you received this and let me know what happens next. I still haven’t received any response at all. If I don’t get a timely, satisfactory outcome, I intend to post feedback on every site available, including Facebook, so other customers know to beware. Thank you for addressing this promptly. The location, price, clean rooms, cold AC, and pool were all positives. But the room had the feel of a motel that rents by the hour, with an extra firm bed, no hand towels, fitted sheet, or washcloths, slow WiFi, and just two outlets for the whole room. It definitely isn’t a four star hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again if I returned to the area.
