The restaurant food was good, and the hotel looks like it has recently been remodeled. The front desk staff were great. There is a small parking lot, though you have to walk about 20 meters along the street to reach reception.
The host and service were just as amazing as the gorgeous hotel. Get the red chilaquiles for breakfast, they're a must.
The family room was tiny and really uncomfortable. We were already exhausted, and then the owner treated us very badly because we didn't understand where to park. That was the last thing we needed.
Tucked away in the Hidalgo area, this is an amazing hotel. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend! 😀🫧
The location right in the center of Tecozautla was superb. The terrace was a comfortable place to eat and have a drink, and the service was excellent. The room was very clean, with furniture in great condition. An excellent place to stay.
