I've been back three times and will probably keep coming. The front desk people are nice, and the rooms at the back with no windows are my favorite. They're quieter, which makes it easier to sleep when I'm jet lagged. It's a cheap, basic, no-frills hotel, so you get what you pay for, but that leaves me with a few extra bucks for snacks 😊.

There was a lot of noise during the day and evening, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. The room was large, but had no bathroom door, fan, or AC. They only gave us soap, with no towels or toilet paper. The TV and Wi-Fi worked, which is why I'm giving it two stars.

I walked in and left right away. The staff were very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome, and the place wasn't what I expected from the pictures. I can't believe they couldn't spend a couple of pounds on paint to cover the bare concrete floor, which is partly covered in completely ruined carpet.

It's cheap, but not worth it. The hotel is old and run down near El Zocalo, and they don't take credit cards, so bring cash if you stay. There was no hot water early in the morning. It's not a good choice for many people.
