The photos shown are from ten years ago, by the look of it, and shouldn’t be trusted. Our room wasn’t clean, the sinks were rusty, the toilet leaked, the TV WiFi was bad, and the phone service was horrible. Food ran out so quickly it seemed they hadn’t expected guests to eat. I’ve stayed in better resorts in Puerto Vallarta for $500-700 less, with clean rooms and plenty of food. I won’t bring my family here again, even if it’s free, unless they let me try the place before paying.

This is my second time enjoying this beautiful place. It’s small, but everything is close by. The beach is just four or five steps away, and the restaurant by the pool is only a couple more steps when you want a drink or snack. The food is good, though on Saturdays and Tuesdays you only get seafood. The all-inclusive setup is easy on your wallet. To me it feels like a family hotel. There are a few things to improve, but it’s a good choice for a great vacation. I highly recommend it.

We liked the place a lot. It was very clean, and the staff were responsible and attentive. The evening show was very professional, and we appreciated the security the hotel provides for guests. Just one small suggestion: add doors to the showers in some rooms. I’m sure we’ll return someday. Thank you.

It’s a small, simple place with a gorgeous, clean beach and clear water. The food and pool area was kept very clean, and our room was clean too. The AC struggled because it was too small for the room, but the beds were comfortable. Food was okay, nothing special, and drinks came in 8-ounce cups, even beer. Very family friendly if you’re fine with alcohol being available for adults. Events focus on kids, though there’s something for everybody.
