There are far too many stairs for elderly people, and the staff weren’t hospitable.

We left without ever reaching our room. The key situation was a nightmare, there were so many stairs, and staff wasted over an hour of our time because nobody was on site. It was a total disaster. If you have mobility issues, I recommend avoiding this place.

The view from our terrace room was amazing, and the welcome when we arrived was incredible. Breakfast was included at El Parian, a restaurant with a Viking theme. The food and service were both incredible. ❤️

The rooms were dirty and didn’t look like the pictures. There’s no elevator, the walls are drywall, and traffic noise from the main avenue never lets up. I wouldn’t recommend it.
