The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was just right. Good price too. I'll book here again when I'm back in Tepic.

This place was awful. The room was dirty, the walls were filthy, and the bathroom reeked of sewage. The old mattress had springs sticking out, and two worn, dirty pieces of furniture looked nothing like the ad photos. There was no ventilation, internet, or cable TV. The bathroom didn't even have a door, and the toilet had no seat or lid.

I arrived on December 24th and was put in room 1. About 15 minutes after lying down, bed bugs started biting me, so they moved me to another room. The next morning, the shower drain was blocked, water spilled into the room, and I slipped. I had planned to stay longer, but instead booked an Airbnb.

Right in central Tepic, and very affordable. The rooms are tiny but clean, so it works for one night. The staff are really friendly. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, though someone can help with your luggage.
