We were traveling from Canada and stopped for one night. The hotel has nice architecture, with lots of stonework and high ceilings, but the rooms feel old and need repairs and remodeling. We had to switch rooms because the first smelled strongly of cigarettes; in the second, the door had a fist-sized hole. There was no Wi-Fi. Since it's by the highway, trucks were noisy all night. If you're hoping for a good night's rest, maybe ask for a room away from the highway.

The rooms are very nice, with cable TV and air conditioning in each one. There's a pool available during the day and sometimes at night too. The people are friendly and ready to help, and there's a gas station and convenience stores nearby.

The room phone and Wi-Fi weren't working, and we couldn't use the pool because it had no lighting. The hotel looked deserted and seemed overdue for repairs. It wasn't what was advertised, and I won't stay there again.

The Hacienda's architecture was my favorite part, it's beautiful. The people were friendly, the service was good, and the bar-restaurant served tasty Mexican and international food. A great place to stay.
