We were close to the sites and markets, and there’s a little market at the front desk for cold water and snacks. The rooms were very clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing and attentive. I’d definitely stay here again.

They only gave us one small blanket, and there was no drinking water or shampoo.

The room was comfortable, and the location was good. Just keep in mind that the TVs are very old, only get local channels, and have no internet access. The pool runs on solar power, so it’s not very practical in winter.

It’s very clean, quiet for resting, and well located, almost at the entrance to Tepotzotlán. In my experience, management should check the shower faucets: the hot water tap gets stuck, making it impossible to shower.
