When a customer arrives, it’d be good if someone could check in with them a little faster.

My first morning was a hassle: I left very early and nobody told me I had to collect a breakfast ticket, so I had to eat somewhere else even though breakfast was included. I also had to ask at reception to borrow an iron and ironing board, since there wasn’t one in the room. The staff I dealt with were curt and unfriendly, and really need to be spoken to about service and quality. The room seemed clean at first, but there were fingernails under the pillow. Hairs in the bathroom stayed there every day of my visit. What a terrible experience.

We got a roomy, bright room with air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The Wi-Fi stayed connected, though it wasn’t very fast. The hotel’s location is excellent.
