The view was stunning, but dinner was a horrible experience. The shrimp were poorly prepared and didn't seem fresh, and the food overall lacked freshness, perhaps because there wasn't much weekday traffic. The ambience was bad, with no music or effort to make it better. There were so few staff that one waiter was also acting as bartender, and the service suffered. Despite its prime location, it's surprisingly the most expensive place in Tepotzotlan. The meal really didn't meet expectations.

So peaceful up on the rooftop, with lovely views and a light breeze. Since it's above street level, you can enjoy your meal without the traffic noise or exhaust smell you get at many other restaurants in town. We'd be happy to bring our out-of-town guests here.

The rooms are elegant, and the downtown location is great. From the terrace you get lovely views of the old cathedral, and the late-night staff were extremely helpful. The food was quite good too, especially the amazing orange juice.

It's a beautiful place in a great location, but the service is quite poor. The internet was terrible, the hot water ran short in the evening, and there was no early breakfast.
