This is our second stay at this wonderful family run hotel. The view is stunning, and I love that they welcome pets. They even provided a water bowl for our dog. Their lovely, affectionate cat, named "meow", will cuddle with you too. The staff are overly friendly and give exceptional service, from breakfast and cleaning to getting anything you need. Thanks so much to Mau and the rest of the staff.

The hotel staff are attentive and incredibly kind, and though the property is a little off road, it’s worth the trip. After climbing the Tepozteco, try the foot massage, you’ll need it. The valley and cliffs around Tepoztlán make for pristine, breathtaking views. This place feels magical, and it’s hard to tell whether you’re in Mexico or Italy.

The food is delicious, the spa and restaurant prices are fair, and the service is top notch. It’s a great boutique hotel with nice amenities. I’d definitely come back, even though it’s a distance from town.
