The staff were rude and no help at all. The place was noisy, dirty, and smelly, with bathroom vents opening into the hallway and sending that air out for everyone to breathe. The pool and jacuzzi were barely usable by more than one person at a time, and there was nowhere to sit around the pool. This felt like a shabby bed and breakfast at best, not a proper hotel. Absolutely terrible.

This is a quiet place to rest, with quiet hours after ten, rather than a party hotel. The pool was warm and heated; the jacuzzi worked, though its water wasn't as warm. Our room was comfortable and had a mini split, TV, Sky TV, and warm water. The shower signs were switched around, so turning it toward cold actually brought hot water. Staff were very friendly, and parking was free. Breakfast was included and decent: coffee, juice or fruit, bread, and a main dish such as huevos, chilaquiles, pancakes, or a mixed platter. Cecina costs extra. It's a nice little hotel close to the centro.

The rooms were kept very clean, the bed was huge, and the bathroom facilities were in good condition. It's a comfortable, thoughtfully designed hotel in a gorgeous landscape. I'd definitely book here again.

The balcony view at this hotel is stunning. Watching the sunrise from there felt out of this world. 😍🥰

We were given a room adapted for someone in a wheelchair, but it wasn't functional. There was no water, the street noise was unbearable, and no solution was offered. The receptionist was a rude woman who didn't care about what guests needed. We came for a pleasant, relaxing trip and it turned into a nightmare, without water or rest.
