Hotel Mythos

For what it costs, I think there are better places around. The reception staff were friendly, but there’s nobody there before 9 am or after 9 pm. At night that left me feeling a bit unsafe, with only the electric gate lock and no staff around. We picked it for the nice pool and because it accepts pets. The standard room was tiny, with only a fan and no TV. Internet was slow, and the signal nearly disappeared at night. There’s no restaurant, though places to eat are nearby. They also only take cash or bank transfers. I don’t think it should be advertised as a hotel when it doesn’t provide that kind of service.

The location made everything easy. We could walk to delicious restaurants, and downtown Tepoztlán was very close. I loved having direct access from my room to the pool, which was perfect for spending the day. The facilities were spotless, and the waterfall added a lovely, relaxing feel. Mythos Tepoztlán was beautiful and made for a great place to unwind from the moment we arrived. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and ready to help. We had an incredible stay from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely return. Mythos is a great choice for relaxing with friends or getting away to unwind. ✨

The rooms had spectacular views, the amenities were very good, and everything was spotless. I went with friends and had an amazing time, especially by the pool. It was an excellent experience, and one of the best places in the area for enjoying Tepoztlán.

It’s a lovely quiet retreat away from the center, and the service was excellent. Our room was spacious with a soft bed, and the staff kept an eye on us throughout the stay. They even arranged a couples massage in a beautiful setting. The pool is small, but it’s plenty if you just want to relax. We had a great time.
