The wedding crew did a fantastic job, the decorations were beautiful, and the grounds are truly stunning. Our hotel stay was another story. The rooms felt humid, smelled musty, and had drainage problems. They need a thorough remodel and better housekeeping. Hotel staff also came across as unwelcoming.

The centro is only about a ten-minute drive, and the views from the property are amazing. We had a perfect stay: the grounds were well kept, the heated pool was great for our daughter, and staff stayed helpful and attentive throughout. Our room was especially clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had very good pressure. We’d definitely come back.

We spent a lovely Valentine’s Day here despite the Covid-19 restrictions. The gardens are magnificent, with four pools, and make for a peaceful place to unwind. Our room was very spacious. There’s no phone or TV, though those weren’t things we missed. Wi-Fi is available, but I had trouble connecting to some of the routers. The staff were kind and very helpful.

The gardens, pools, and outdoor areas are beautiful. Rooms can be hit or miss, though when everything works they’re fine. Repairs and upgrades are ongoing, and a lot may have changed since April 2018.

So peaceful, with great rooms and excellent staff. I accidentally tossed my key onto a roof, and this amazing guy climbed up there to get it for me. The place is beautiful!
