The rooftop terrace has great views of the ex convent, central market, hills, and the archaeological site with its pyramid clearly visible. Our room was quiet, very clean, and seemed brand new. The shower was great, with hot water coming almost immediately. The hosts are a very friendly local family. It’s good value for money, and I highly recommend it.
The rooms are simple but very clean, and the staff were friendly. I had one small problem: the water stopped while I was showering. I waited a little, and it came back for a while. That could be improved, but overall it was good, one of the best options in the city center.

I loved this place. It’s close to the center and really excellent.
Getting to our room meant climbing a very narrow spiral staircase, which was the one thing I didn’t like. Inside, there were two beds and a small single bed, just right for a weekend away. The place was comfortable and close to the center, with plenty of shops nearby. We stayed on a Saturday, so there was street noise and a festive feel during the day, but it got very quiet at night. Apart from the stairs, everything was fine.
