It's a nice little hotel, though there's just one small pool.

The place is private and well located, close to the center. The pool is small but comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms are just the right size for couples.

Alexis, Rocío, and Adrián were great hosts and happy to share local tips about Tepoz. The view is incredible, and you can see Cerro del Tepozteco from the cold pool, which is nice after exploring town or climbing. It's very close to the Tepoz bus terminal, though the walk uphill on 22 de Febrero Street is steep. If you're in good shape you can walk; otherwise a taxi should cost no more than 50 pesos. A lovely choice for couples or friends. I'd definitely return soon. 10/10 for the service!

Very clean and conveniently located, and the staff are friendly and always ready to help. My one complaint is the pool water, which is extremely cold and should be heated, or at least warmer.

We had a great weekend as a couple. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautiful, and the hotel is close to the center of Tepoztlán. The massages they offer were extraordinary. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.
