Big, clean rooms and friendly service made for a good stay. The hotel is modern and quiet, and close to the center. I did miss having a good bar on site, though it was great that they let us bring our dog. If I'm back in the area, I'll certainly book here again.

Customer service should be better, and room service for food should run for longer hours. I was in the Junior Master Suite with jacuzzi, but breakfast wasn't included in the price. I remember being told it was, so they should either include it or make the breakfast details clear when someone asks for a room.
8/10
A tub would be a nice addition to the amenities. The front desk service was great, and there's parking at this small hotel, which is really well placed beside downtown.
10/10
The service was really nice, and the place has a pleasant pool. Our room was wide and comfortable, and the town square is an easy walk away.
4/10
The location is the one good thing. No A/C, not even a fan, in Tequisquiapan? Good luck with that. And the bar across the street is especially noisy.
