After a very long trip from Spain, we were hoping to properly relax. The lofts were stylish and really comfortable, and the area was incredibly quiet. The access system was convenient, and the customer service was outstanding: they were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. A very pleasant stay. We’ll definitely return to Lofts Amore as our first choice.

The parking lot is very spacious and nice, and they leave water in the fridge. You can get in with a key. The rooms, though, are quite run down and feel a bit neglected.

It’s inexpensive for how close it is to Puerta Texcoco and Molino de Flores, and I think the location is good. There isn’t anything within walking distance, though. The vending machine has a little gum and that’s about it. The rooms are fine for a loft, but the big issue was no hot water. I told the owner on WhatsApp and got ignored.

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but it took until around 2:20 to get my room. After that, the service was excellent and discreet. It gets very cold in that area, but they give you plenty of blankets to stay warm. I had a good experience and would return.
