It's stylish and clean, right on a lively tourist strip. The walls are so thin I could hear the elevator from three floors away, even though we were at the far end of the hall. There's no outside window or daylight, just a window looking into the hallway for some reason. It's not a bad choice for a last minute overnight, but I wouldn't return for a longer stay.

My wife and I rented a room early in the morning on 6/22/25. There was no water from the shower, sink, or toilet as soon as we entered. We went to the front desk, and the clerk called security to check the pump. The security guard said the water pump was broken. I asked for a refund as soon as I learned about the problem, and I've been asking for a refund or credit ever since, but they keep giving me the runaround.

I've stayed here three times without a problem, but this time the parking and customer service were a mess. They charged me 1,243 pesos for two days of parking without telling me about the system. They just said I should have read the sign, the tiny one with tiny letters. SANDRA said they'd had this system for years, but I told her I came back in 2024 and they didn't have it then. A man next to her agreed that they didn't have it at that time. There was no supervisor, nobody wanted to help, and they kept ignoring me while talking to each other. I don't think I'll recommend this hotel or come back.

WARNING: One of their former employees told us that people here often have small items stolen from their rooms. We didn't believe it until our room key was recoded during our stay. In the morning, they keep making you change your keys when you leave the room. The claim is that night staff recode them hoping you'll head to breakfast, then watch the only entrance while 'a friend' visits and takes things. We were told this happens almost every day.
