Hotel San Juan Inn

I had a great experience. The rooms had been updated, and I loved mine. It was super cold, and the employees didn't bother us. I'm definitely going back!

The decor was okay and the customer service was good, but the place was disgusting and filthy. There was a strong air freshener smell, apparently covering up a sticky feeling, and it gave me a headache. The bathroom smelled awful, with mold everywhere. The towels, carpet, and chair all looked and smelled dirty.

The shower plumbing was bad, and leaving the hotel was a hassle. Every time I went out, I had to hand my room key in at the front desk, then show my receipt to get it back. This hotel isn't what it used to be, and I'll take my business elsewhere.

My sister and brother-in-law were staying here, and when I went to see them, I wasn't allowed past the check-in window. They eventually kicked me out, and my niece got scared by how the workers were acting. The women working there were really rude. Visitors aren't allowed, and I couldn't find any rules about that before booking. They also charge you if you get a visit, even though visitors can't go into the rooms. The service was awful.
