My wife and I both loved the location, and the price is affordable. Everything else was awesome too. The one thing I'd definitely recommend is upgrading the wifi.

I really enjoyed staying at Golf Hotel Tijuana. It was quiet, which I liked, and the outside view was nice and clean. The room was clean, well maintained, and smelled good. If you're passing through Tijuana, I'd recommend this hotel at a genuine price.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms are tiny, dated, and have thin walls and windows. You can hear everything, and the cleaning lady was having a full-on phone conversation at 750am. I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere nicer. They also kept my Identification at check-in and didn't return it until checkout. I wasn't told about this or aware of it. Later, at a "routine checkpoint" in TJ, I was pulled over and threatened with arrest for having no License. The hotel hadn't returned my ID, and then told me keeping guests' IDs was its "policy." The corrupt police took $40 U.S. from me.

It's kind of a dump, but still a decent deal because it's so cheap. Some rooms have AC, and the hot water works, though you might have to wait a bit. The TV selection is decent, WiFi is available, and the beds are neither terrible nor very good. Golf Hotel works if you need a cheap place for one night.
