The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Rio Suites is centrally located near lots of good restaurants and businesses. It has its own parking and valet service. I really enjoyed staying here, and I'll come back with my family when I'm traveling to Tijuana.

We arrived at 10:30 a.m. after traveling all night, and they got us into a better room early by upgrading us. We've stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. This is how you treat a returning customer. Que viva los rio suites!

Traveling alone as a woman can feel a little scary, but I felt safe here and will keep coming back. I made a quick solo trip to visit a friend, and the staff were super friendly. They checked that I was okay and comfortable every day. My car was watched around the clock by a guard, and the hotel is very close to the border. Everyone treated me so well, more than five stars in my book. Thanks, Rio Suites, and thanks to the friendly security guards who kept making sure I was okay. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is in a very central spot, and the staff were accommodating when I asked to switch rooms. The first room had stains on the pillows and bedding, plus hair all over the floor. The hallways and rooms felt pretty dingy, and there was a lot of noise on the first floor. The place really needs a deep clean.
