My reservation had somehow been made for March 13 even though I needed December 12. I only noticed the mistake when I arrived. The hotel wouldn't change it, so I had to pay for the December 12 reservation too, and they won't refund the March 13 booking. Poor customer service.

I asked to cancel and got my money back. The place was filthy, with dirty walls and floors, blinds that didn’t work, and a heater that made a lot of noise. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms are much nicer than at other hotels I’ve stayed in. The tile looked clean, but walking barefoot left my feet pretty dirty. It wasn’t a big deal, though, since I walked over the bath towels after showering.

The stained bed sheets and a nail clipping my crawling baby found and put in his mouth made this a terrible stay. The room also let in the sound of honking cars and people in the next room. It seemed clear to me that rooms aren’t being cleaned properly between guests. I’d never stay here again, and anyone traveling with a baby should be careful about their safety. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

They won’t let you change your booking. The staff aren’t flexible and make excuses to avoid modifying it. I can’t recommend this hotel.
