There are 70 rooms, but the only parking is on the street in a very sketchy area. Getting into your room is a gamble: the receptionist writes a nine-digit entry code on a piece of paper. The tiny bathroom water heater keeps running out of hot water. The place is under construction, so you have to walk down the hallway around workers on ladders painting and sanding the ceilings.

Juan from the hotel staff is the best, and everyone is super nice. They're going through construction, which is good, but I had no hot water, which isn't usual. Some outlets were also tied to the room opposite mine, which was under construction.

The staff were amazing, especially Stephanie, who was so helpful. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again.

The staff were helpful and professional, but we did find a few roaches in the room and kitchen. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with your knees about three inches from the wall when seated. At first, the place seemed nice enough.

The drains smelled funky, and there were people smoking pot on the rooftop. Staff kept bothering us wanting to come in and fix this or that, while noisy employees and screaming housemaids made sleeping in a challenge. The furniture, sheets, and towels were old, worn out, and dirty. They advertise laundry room service, which is a lie. It's not recommended for what they charge, with false advertising on basically everything. There are much better, cheaper places around the revolution area 👎🏿
