The rooms are pretty standard, though a bit bigger than at other properties I've seen, and comfortable for the price. The wifi in our room was really weak, but maybe we were just unlucky. I'd stay again just for the showers, probably the best I've used in Mexico.

Hotel Roazi was a great find. The rooms were spotless, the food superb, and the security was wonderful. Carlos and his wife, the owners, were on site and ready to help, and their staff were always around and really good at what they do. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to another visit. You can't go wrong staying here!

We had no idea Tizimin had a hotel this luxurious. Hotel Roazi is an amazing property, with super clean, well-appointed rooms and attentive service. The restaurant serves creative, delicious dishes with food safe for Americans and Europeans. We'll be back!

The rest of our stay was positive. The hotel was clean, the service friendly, and access from the side was convenient, with private parking. We also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant, La Noria. But when we arrived around 6:30 pm, the room was still being finished, and the floor had just been mopped and was wet, so we had to wait outside until it dried. The wifi was a letdown, too: the signal didn't reach our room well, and when we could get it, it was very slow.

Carlos and Mar have created a beautiful hotel, and the service was excellent. I'm looking forward to going back.
