Hotel Gaudi

The rooms were tidy and clean, and the service and attention were excellent. I did have two concerns: there may not be enough parking, and there are no elevators for disabled guests, especially wheelchair users. The rooms also begin on the first floor. Apart from those issues, everything was excellent.

The people who helped me were super friendly and happy to answer my questions. The location is fantastic, two blocks from downtown, so it’s easy to get breakfast and walk along Independencia Avenue. I expected something basic for the price, but it has what more expensive hotels offer at a great rate. It met all my expectations. Truly a great hotel, and I highly recommend it.

There’s parking, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and it’s only a few blocks from the center. If you enjoy walking around the city streets, it’s a good choice and not too far from the Malecon. Totally recommended!

The price is affordable, which may be why they advertise things they don’t actually deliver. Basic needs aren’t covered: towels aren’t changed, the internet is terrible, the air conditioning doesn’t work in some rooms, and there’s no hot water. The service is pleasant as usual, but they completely disregard what customers need.
