EMS Hoteles Centro Histórico

Being able to get around on foot was the best part for me. EMS Centro Histórico is right in the center of the port of Veracruz, close to the boardwalk, the arcades, and La Parroquia for coffee, so I didn’t need a car. After a day out, the simple, clean, air-conditioned room was comfortable enough to rest in. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something, which I appreciated.

We got a double room for a great price, and the beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and the service was excellent. It’s a small hotel, so I assume there’s no elevator, but everything else was perfect.

It’s in a good spot and welcomes pets, but there’s no pool or elevator.

I almost skipped it after reading the reviews, but booking here turned out great. The room with K.S. was comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive the whole time. There’s no elevator, and you can hear music late at night or early in the morning, but that comes with staying right in the heart of the Zócalo. If you’re a heavy sleeper, it won’t bother you :) The room had air conditioning, a TV, and hot water, and the reception smelled really nice. I’d recommend it and would stay again.
