We tried three rooms and none of the air conditioners worked, so my kids and I couldn't sleep in the heat. The place smelled bad and wasn't clean, and the service was awful. Horrible hotel. They should shut places like this down.

We stood at reception for 15 minutes before anyone appeared, and when staff were around they were quiet and unresponsive. The internet was terrible, there was no hot water, and they only take cash. In the room, there was no water or glasses, just one shampoo sachet per person and a bar of soap.

The staff were excellent, and the location is especially peaceful, right by the main park and close to the center and shops. I also liked having two parking lots. For $800 a night for a double room, it felt like good value. The rooms have AC, hot and cold water, cable TV, and a closet, with two towels, soap, and shampoo provided. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas, not the rooms, and there's a ceiling fan too. The hotel is dated, though, and I saw broken items, dust, and cobwebs in some bathroom areas.

The outside lights shone right into our room, and the price still felt too high. We were just looking for somewhere to sleep and found few options in the city, but this place was a letdown: the bathroom was filthy, the sheets stained, and the towels old. Hotels like this shouldn't exist.
