We told the owner we couldn’t accept the room, but there wasn’t another one. It was already 10pm, raining, and there seemed to be nowhere else available in town, so we chose an adventure over staying there. We eventually found another hotel, and fortunately we weren’t charged for the booking. We’d booked that day and probably ended up with their last and worst room. It was really cold, and there was no hot water. The owner said to wait for the cold water to run out, but after 20 minutes it was still cold. The bathroom had no lightbulbs until we pointed it out, and then the owner put one in. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the room looked bad with empty walls, and the plastic mattress cover made a lot of noise whenever we moved.

The rooms are very cold, so bring extra blankets. The woman running the place was very helpful. It’s comfortable and close to the church, though it’s tucked away behind a small wooden door with an archway. Open it and walk down the hallway to reach the hotel. There’s no parking, so you’ll need to leave the car outside or use a parking lot.
