The pool and bar area, along with some of the rooms, have a view of the cathedral. The location is ideal, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Most of the very friendly staff speak English well. I had a wonderful stay and have already booked for another trip. Looking forward to coming back.

We arrived by Uber for our Valentine's weekend 2020 booking and found the hotel completely closed. We'd reserved weeks ahead and received no warning. The building had yellow caution tape all around it and suspension stickers on the walls. We had already paid in full, and our hearts sank when we realized we'd been left to find somewhere else. We were stranded for hours, with hotels nearby booked up. Luckily, a room opened at the cutest bed and breakfast, Casa Rosa Morada, which saved the day and the trip. They should have contacted us and offered a refund or hotel voucher for the huge disruption. I emailed to try to sort it out and was completely ignored. The lack of notice and customer service was appalling. Don't be taken in by the website and photos. I took pictures of the building and may add them to this review to show what happened. This place is shady and should be avoided.

An invitation to enjoy the food, crafts, and artistic charm of this magical town. It's an excellent historic hotel from the 18th century. Don't miss it, a warm invitation!
