Before our February 2025 stay, someone contacted us using our booking information and claimed the residences were closed. They offered a refund and credit to book somewhere else. It felt off, so I looked into it and found that the email address and phone number they used were connected to other scams. Only an employee or someone involved with the property could have had the information they used. Be careful. Other reviews mention similar problems, and some say the manager stops responding once guests arrive.

PH3 was a really comfortable place for us to relax, whether as a couple or with family. There’s a rooftop jacuzzi with a bathroom and mini-bar, plus a gym and 24-hour security. Our place also had beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot and cold water. It’s beautiful here, and I’d definitely recommend it. We had a great time.

The construction noise went on all day and was unbearable. I know Tulum is full of construction, but this was too much. We also found tiny ants everywhere because the apartment hadn’t been treated. Any food left out was covered within 30 seconds, so we ended up throwing it all away. We were really disappointed with PH2. Last week in Tulum, we rented a huge two-bedroom penthouse with a proper pool for $30 less. The little “pool” here doesn’t justify the price, and compared with what else is available, it’s far too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it at this rate.
