The people working there were super friendly, but the hotel feels old and worn out, and I don't think it's worth €78 a night. After dinner we just wanted to sleep, but the pillows were awful. Earlier, we took our toddler to the pool, which is lovely, but the water was ice cold. We bundled him up and hurried back to a hot shower, only to wait 20 minutes for it to warm up. We had booked a double room with a garden view so there'd be more room for our son's crib. Instead we got a small room with a king bed and a window onto a corridor, so there was no fresh air, no AC, and no bathroom window or ventilation. When we checked the reservation and went to reception, the woman there said they'd change our room, but explained that “double room” means two people, not two beds. What? The replacement was on the second floor, with windows facing another building. That wasn't a huge problem, but why advertise a room you don't even have? I think this place may once have been popular, but it's now very run down.

It's a quiet place with decent rooms and lovely people, just beyond the center of Tlaxcala centro. The restaurant was excellent.

The food was the most delicious I've tasted, and room service was sensational. The rooms were comfortable, and everyone was so friendly. It's a really cool, peaceful place with fantastic activities. Such a beautiful spot for a weekend, the best place I've stayed.

The staff were very welcoming and nice, even though they didn't speak English. My room was small but modern and very nice, with a very large bathroom. The TV could use an upgrade, and its channels were only in Spanish.

I love this food! Chef Javier and all the staff gave excellent service and attention. The hotel is very comfortable, with a rooftop pool, a restaurant, and live music on Sundays.
