The free breakfast and convenient location were the good parts. The rest of our stay was really bad, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Our room’s heater didn’t work, so we had to move. In the new room, the shower water wasn’t very hot. The front desk took forever to answer the phone, and there was only one towel in the room. We asked for two more, but were told there weren’t any because the dryers weren’t working. We called again the next day and were told no one was available to bring towels to our room. Customer service was poor. There didn’t seem to be enough staff, and the person there was rude and didn’t know how to treat customers.

The included breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully. We really enjoyed our stay, and everything was very clean. The employees were professional and always ready to help with questions. When our phones were malfunctioning, they even called taxis for us.

They’ve made some updates since my last visit, including new couches in the room, and the room was clean. The bed, though, was full of wrinkles. They’ve also taken away room service.

My only issue is the showerhead. It’s too small and doesn’t have much pressure. To be honest, though, that’s a citywide issue, not something specific to this hotel.

It’s a great place. They were fully booked the first night, so we couldn’t get the king bed we’d reserved. The young woman at the front desk made sure we changed rooms for the rest of our stay.
