For a city the size of Chilpancingo, this is a very good hotel. It may look a little simple, but the value is good and the location in town is decent. The service was good, and there’s parking inside the property. We had no hot water the night we stayed, though that seems unusual, and asking someone for help might have fixed it. It met about 95% of my expectations.

We paid 833 pesos for two people in a king room, and we’d stay here again. The room was large and clean, with an apartment-sized fridge; there’s also air conditioning, hot water, secure parking, and Wi-Fi that’s half decent. Street noise cost it a star, but eventually it died down and we slept fine. The parking lot is behind the building, so you need to drive around the block to reach it, but it wasn’t hard to find.

The woman who helped me was very kind, and the room was clean. I would have liked breakfast included or a restaurant, but they do offer coffee or milk with cereal from 7 to 10 in the morning. You have to prepare it yourself.
