Paradero Todos Santos - Exclusive Experiences

We stayed at Paradero Los Cabos for one night, and the service was superb. Concierge Diane went above and beyond. We got a little lost on the way, so she and Jose walked a long way to find us and point us in the right direction. From the moment we arrived, Diane greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. We'd also managed to lose our car key, and she helped us try to track it down. Her patience, kindness, and dedication really touched us. We're so thankful we met Diane at Paradero. She felt like an angel and was a wonderful example of the hospitality there. That experience alone made Paradero unforgettable.

Beach days were a highlight, especially the sunset, and we got lucky enough to see some whales. We also loved the mountain hikes and stargazing by the fire, plus the cooking experience with chef Caesar was amazing. Carlos was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks as well to Dayann, Angel, and Abraham. We'd stayed at several five-star places in Cabo before going to Todos Santos, and had great experiences there too, but Paradero knocked it out of the park. The ambience, the guest experiences they put together, and the extraordinary service are what stand out. One of the best holiday trips we've taken, and such a great way to start a new year!

The cooking class with Miguel, surfing with David, and hike with Ernando were some of our favorite parts of the trip. We had an incredible time at Paradero. The place is beautiful, the activities are a lot of fun, and everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

The people working at Paradero were super nice, but the service was inconsistent, and that really showed in the late transportation and the restaurant running out of everything. Bugs were everywhere, even on the pillows and in the toilets. The location also wasn't great: it's nowhere near a beach, and you can hear cars all night. It makes for nice pictures, but for what it costs, I expected a much better hotel experience.
