The staff were courteous and helpful, and the complimentary parking and breakfast are worth a mention. The clean rooms are basic and no-frills, but well equipped. I stayed one night. The hotel seems to be used mostly by executives visiting nearby companies.

Friday's breakfast was tasty, with chilaquiles, toast, orange juice, tea, coffee, and cut fruit. Our first room, 221, had a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathroom sink, so we were moved to another room, which I appreciated. Both rooms felt muggy and stuffy inside. The location is okay, on a busy main street.

Breakfast is included and the location is great, close to downtown Toluca. Compared with the other brands in the same chain, it felt similar, adjusted to the price. The rooms are smaller, but the rate is about half what you'd pay for Suites or Plus. I'm surprised they only offer single rooms with a queen bed and doubles with two twin beds. For me, this would work for one night, not a longer stay.

There's 24/7 coffee in the lobby, and breakfast is included. For lunch or dinner, you can order from outside restaurants or walk a short distance to a small mall. The modern hotel is centrally located near the main industrial facilities. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable enough, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean and new, with excellent prices and good service. The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby.
