I work as a pilot, so this place is convenient when I have an overnight stay at Toluca airport. The restaurant food was decent this time, but a broken pump left barely a trickle of water pressure for my shower. The room phone wouldn't call the front desk. I used my cell and someone answered, then sent a person to check, but they couldn't help. This was my second stay. On my first booking, I couldn't stay because they overbooked and bumped me without notice.

I've stayed here a few nights on different occasions. The rooms were clean, though once I had to switch because the air conditioning wasn't working.

The courtyard is beautiful, and the staff were excellent. Rooms are dated but clean. There's no elevator, so be ready to carry heavy luggage upstairs, and the rooms don't have a microwave or coffee maker. It could be better, but it's far from the worst place in Toluca.

Nothing about this place feels like a Marriott Courtyard. The hotel comes across as cheap and below average, and the shower was in terrible shape: mold stains, a rusty head, and water spraying everywhere.

Carlos, the Director of Food and Beverage, was especially good at his job, if I have his name right. The hotel has a phenomenal service team, with dedicated staff throughout.
