The dinner was delicious, the chef paid close attention to what we asked for, and the saxophonist was spectacular! 👏 The only small letdown for me was the DJ. He was fine, just not my taste. We held our event on August 23, 2025, with the all-inclusive package, including formal attire, and were thrilled with the service. Angeles, our event planner, was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to everything we needed. She made sure each request arrived on time and in perfect condition. The whole staff seemed trustworthy and were very friendly. The venue is beautiful and inviting, and I'd happily recommend it. I left really happy and grateful! 🙏🙏🙏

The rooms are simple and basic. They do need some work, especially the curtains and hot water.

The wedding itself turned out beautifully, but it took a lot of money to get it there. If you're ready to spend a lot on your event, this place could work. If you want to feel looked after and supported through the planning, I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame, because it's such a lovely venue 🙁 I got married there a few months ago. The ballroom and garden are beautiful, but my experience was neither really good nor really bad. We rented both the ballroom and the whole hotel for our guests, yet it felt like every chance to charge us more was taken. I understand they run a business, but they didn't seem interested in helping us feel comfortable or supported as clients. Keeping clients happy could bring them referrals or repeat events, and word of mouth matters for this kind of business.

The venue was nice and the food was good, with attentive waiters. I was there for a wedding and stayed in one of the rooms. The bathroom was quite far from the main hall, and the room itself could have been better.
