I couldn't get any rest here. The walls are paper thin, it's extremely loud, and you can hear conversations, snoring, and coughing from every room. The internet doesn't work, there's no cable, and the TV is laptop-sized. There's no individual climate control either. At least there were no bed bugs, maybe they stick to hotels where they can get some sleep themselves. The place has all kinds of strange rules, including telling you that you can't drink alcohol. I didn't drink while I was here, but a hotel shouldn't make you feel like you're staying at your crazy in-laws' house. It feels more like a hostel with everyone right next to you. Church rules.

It's always quiet and very clean here, and I've had nothing but good experiences with all the staff. I've stayed at plenty of places in Torreon, and this is my favorite hotel.

Being right in the center made this an especially convenient area to stay in. The hotel was outstandingly clean, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and really quiet, with a central location. Everyone was very friendly, from the receptionists and managers to the cleaning staff.
