There was a single business computer, and it was always occupied. The only way to print documents was to email them to the front desk, which is obviously a problem for sensitive paperwork. The indoor pool was tiny, about the size of a bathtub, and freezing cold. My room had no windows, just panels that let in streetlamp light with no way to block it out. I booked because I have pretty high Marriott status, and breakfast included would have helped while traveling with three small children. But breakfast wasn't included. This hotel was a complete waste of money, and I definitely won't stay here again. I've had platinum status for 13 years, and Marriott has gone downhill. It really feels like paying more for less.

The restaurant food was good, and I liked the hotel. But the shower never got hot, the water was either cold or room temperature.

The room cleaning was awful. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. There was urine left by the previous people, and I'm sure the sheets were dirty too. They came to clean, but I'd rate the job 0 out of 10. They used the same bucket to mop our room as the other rooms, spreading germs, and they don't use vacuums. Their sanitizing equipment isn't good at all. The rooms are nasty and nothing like the website, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Other people complained to me about dirty rooms too. The cleaning service is awful. Please clean properly or give these ladies lessons in how to sanitize and clean.

The entrance door wouldn't close unless I pressed my leg against it. The room wasn't clean, with hairs all over the bathroom, and there were lots of cracks in the bathroom walls. It looked like nobody cared. The hotel is completely old and ugly, and for a five-star hotel, I think there should be a refrigerator in the room. I've traveled around the world for 20 years and spend 90% of the year in hotels, but this is one of the worst I've ever stayed in. It shouldn't have any stars.
